TRAINING TO MAKE YOU CONFIDENT ON THE WATER
For over 20 years, I have trained U.S. Coast Guard vessel operators on vessels from 25' to 210'. I have trained people with no boating experience how to operate vessels in the worst conditions imaginable. I want to take what I learned in my 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard and to teach you how to safely and effectively operate your vessel, so you may operate your vessel with confidence.
Training may include, Navigational Rules of the Road, Safety inspections, Equipment inspections, Piloting/navigation, Boat/ship handling, Mooring and unmooring, emergencies, and how to interpret the weather.
We can also tailor this program to whatever needs you have!
Some insurance providers may require a certain amount of hours of training with a licensed Captain prior to operating your vessel. We can help with that too.
Prices start at $75 an hour and the length is based off of your needs. (3-hr minimum)
